Village of Rochester Zoning

Village of Rochester -- Zoning The Village of Rochester merged with the (previous) Town of Rochester effective December 16, 2008. Until the process of merging the two zoning codes is complete, the area which was previously Town is subject to zoning code provisions found in the Racine County Zoning Code, Chapter 20 of the Racine County Code of Ordinances. The area which was the original Village is subject to zoning code provisions found in Chapter 15 of the Village of Rochester Municipal Code.. VILLAGE FEE SCHEDULE Along with other western Racine County municipalities, the Plan Commission adopted the STH 36 Corridor North Design Plan as a guide for development along the Highway 36 Corridor running through Rochester. The design plan was created in conjunction with the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Plan Commission.
