Village of Rochester Municipal Code 1.13(b) calls for the following special purpose Committees/Commissions:

Finance Committee	Historic Preservation Committee
Public Works Committee	Ordinance Committee
Planning Commission	Emergency Operations Committee
Ad hoc- Building Committee

The Historical Preservation Committee is created under Chapter 21 of the Village of Rochester Municipal Code.
