Lee performs all inspections: structural, electrical, plumbing, and
HVAC, including commercial properties. If you are planning on doing any
work on your home, please contact Lee beforehand to make sure you are getting
the proper permits. Contact him directly with questions,
for general information, or to set an appointment. Lee also holds regular
office hours at the Rochester Municipal Building on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m.
to 12:30 p.m.
